UEFA and USSF-licensed coach, applied sport psychology practitioner (CMPC), and program architect, Brian has worked with elite youth development programs, including the Chicago Fire FC, Everton International Academy, and the Illinois Olympic Development program (soccer). Additionally, Brian has worked in Gaelic games (Republic of Ireland).
A trained teacher, Brian's methodical approach is anchored in learning outcomes and theory. Brian is known for transforming complex sport psychology frameworks into simple, game-relevant tools that athletes can effectively apply to achieve personal goals.
Brian grounds the PEP360 system in structure, clarity, and measurable progress, helping athletes, teams, and coaches perform with purpose, not pressure.

A USSF-licensed and United Soccer Coaches-certified coach and club director, Ryan's experience spans roles in nearly every level of youth soccer.
Formerly working with Right to Dream Academy (Ghana), the Chicago Fire Juniors' youth soccer clubs, Everton International Academy (USA), Sockers FC Chicago, and the Chicago Red Stars Reserves, Ryan has coached in high-performance cultures and community-centered programs, learning to lead with emotional intelligence and effective team communication.
Ryan facilitates with authenticity, using humility and empathy, to create connection, psychological safety, and buy-in from athletes and coaches. He helps teams move beyond surface-level culture work to conversations and actions that drive real change.
