Learn a simple reset routine to manage frustration, recover quickly from mistakes, and refocus on your next action.

Interregional competition will challenge players in different ways. This workshop helps you:

This FREE workshop is designed for all Midwest ODP Girls selected to participate in the November 21–25 Interregional Event.

Whether you're an experienced Interregional player or attending for the first time, this session will provide practical tools to help you prepare for the demands of elite competition.

No previous mental performance training is required. Just bring a willingness to learn, reflect, and participate!
